Dear Participants:

As Trustees of the Annuity and Profit Sharing Plan, Pension and Health & Welfare Funds, we are pleased to make this web site available to you.  On this site, you will be able to find an enormous amount of information pertaining to these three Funds.  We have included Plan Documents and forms which may be downloaded.  In the future, we hope to lower printing and postage costs by making as much information available to you through the web site as possible.  In addition, we have included a section on frequently asked questions. 

We hope you will use this site and that you will find it helpful.  If you have any suggestions for items to be included, please contact the Fund Office.

While it is our goal to maintain an accurate and up-to-date web site, if any discrepancies occur between the information on the site and actual Fund administration and documents, the provisions of the actual documents take precedence.
