On January 1, 2020 your MedTrak card will not allow you to obtain prescription medications.

Dear Member:

On behalf of the Benefits Office we want to apologize.  We were informed on December 27, 2019 at 3:30 pm that the permanent prescription cards would not be ready for shipping until December 31st by the printing vendor.

The card vendor was not able, due to demand, to meet the schedule that MedOne and the Benefits Office had been originally informed. We anticipate that you will receive the permanent cards very early in January.

MedOne mailed out temporary cards on Saturday December 28, 2019.  These temporary cards will allow you to obtain prescription medications via MedOne as you have in the past.

If you have need to obtain a prescription prior to receiving your permanent card and have not received a temporary card in the mail, please reach out to us and we will send you a copy of your temporary card.

On January 1, 2020 or after, if either the pharmacist or you have questions when using the temporary cards, please call MedOne at 888-655-0143.
