The Board of Trustees are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2020, the Welfare Plan will be working with MedOne as the Plan’s new pharmacy benefit manager. We have made this change to improve the cost effectiveness of our Welfare Plan and to deliver high quality services to our Plan members.
Please be watching your mail, over the next four weeks you will be receiving a welcome letter and new pharmacy benefit Identification cards prior to January 1, 2020. Please continue to utilize your MedTrak Card through December 31, 2019 and your MedOne card on and after January 1, 2020. Please check back on our website periodically, as any additional and/or new information will be made available here.
This change will not apply to you if you are currently on the Humana Employer Medicare PDP Plan.
